That's so weird! Do you mean you're not receiving my emails? Last week I was super sick so I couldn't write, but I've been posting regularly every week. Let me know if you aren't receiving them. Maybe the mails are going ro your spam folder? Xx
Nope.. It’s crazy.. I’ve tried to fix it w a few other writers.. I don’t get their emails once I’ve subscribed..& they’re not in my spam .. it’s nuts. 🥜
So I just use the app directly .. after trying many times to fix it xo
This was their message with further steps if the above article doesn’t help:
1. Confirm with the subscriber that they haven't accidentally blocked emails or marked them as spam.
2. Check if there's an "Email block" message in their Substack account settings. If there is, they'll need to follow the instructions to clear it here.
3. If they're using the Substack app, they should check their notification settings to ensure they've selected to receive posts "In email and app" or "Only in email" if they prefer emails over app notifications.

I’ve just asked the support team, they suggest checking on the promotions tab, but I have checked on my contacts and I can see that no mails have been delivered. Substack suggests that you check there’s no typos in the email and that you haven’t got a block in place on your email provider, preventing newsletters to be delivered.
